An emergency breakdown service or your sustem is not working as you think it should, we can arrange for a technician to visist and perform a diagnostic check. Currently,the diagnostic call out cost is set as $170 (Excl GST) for 1st hour on site, then $80/hr (EXCL GST). Generally if we can't fix it in the first hour we will give you a quote on what we think it will cost.

All parts and materials used are charged as required.

Naturally, our priorities lie with our own customers and installations, and then breakdowns take precedance over general servicing, but we welcome your booking for any service issues or problem you need attended to.
