If we have recently installed your air conditioning system, we will contact you approximately 1 year after installation for your first General Service unless you have requested otherwise.

We also offer maintenance contracts for regular service and maintenance for various workplaces for non-existing customers. By becoming a regular serviced customer we are able to reduce our normal service costs by packaging up the bulk servicing time and this helps pass the savings back to you. By regular servicing your systems, improvements in the efficiency, lower running costs and a longer lifespan of your investment is expected, manufacturers make an annual service inspection a pre-requisite for their warrantees to stay in force and apply, therefore no recorded service history means no warranty with many manufactures.

All airconditioners need regular maintenance and most manufacturers demand to see an annual servicing invoice from a licensed mechanic before supplying you with under warranty repairs.

The following costs take place for a service on our installed domestic ducted systems:-
Total $125.00 includes GST. For other installed systems, we will want to initially inspect your system to ensure it meets our standards before servicing at our bulk rate, this is done under our normal repair fee.

Parts replacements are additional and will be notified to the customer prior to replacement. A maintenance call usually takes up to 1 hour on site.
