      Currently this is the most efficient, cost effective compressors in the world. Manufactured globally by the largest compressor manufacturer in the world (Copeland Emerson) these compressors are rapidly gaining acceptance over the inverter type compressor for a variety of reasons but mainly due to their more simplistic build method and increased reliability, as well as their ability to regulate to lower load conditions than the comparitive inverter style compressors.
      Unlike conventional systems, the Digital Scroll unit does not need to regularly cycle between on and off to control the temperature. The compressor has the ability to vary its output energy to match the load conditions, it will rugulate itself from 10% right through the range to 100%, this not only avoids dramatic swings in temperature, it ensures the system performs at its optimum energy output at all times. Actron call this type of system their "ESP" range and this forms the most basic product range they produce for the high efficiency end of the spectrum.
       Not only will the outside compressor regulate its capacity to the indoor heatload needs, but now through coupled innovative technology, the indoor fan coil will determine its best fan running speed to match the load also, and this also takes into account the amount of zones on in the house at that time, Actron call this their "ESP PLUS" system.
      Actron have taken this even one step further, creating an even more critical control system that couples up beatifully to the varying compressor and the varaible indoor fan speed controller, individual room temperature control and this is called "ESP ULTIMA"
Through ULTIMA the user can:
• Vary the amount of air going into each controlled area. This allows the user, within each room, to set each controlled room to different temperatures.
• Condition only the controlled areas which are in use. The family room can be set at 23°, rumpus room at 22° and bedroom #1 at 24°. If bedroom #2 and 3 are not being used, they simply don’t need to be conditioned. No more wasted energy and cost.
